Not always. As long as we have safe access to the items or area (and any needed gate codes or instructions), we can often complete the work without you present. Just let us know your preference when booking.

Yes. Whenever possible we follow a recycle, reuse, and refurbish approach so usable items don’t automatically go to the landfill.
